Orders
Your order will be packed into a sealed box with an insulated liner with frozen gel packs that will keep the frozen meats or fresh products in that state for the delivery.
We aim to send your order out the next working day when ordered before noon. So order before 12 noon on Tuesday we would aim to send your parcel out Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. We send on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – please note we do not send on Friday as Saturday are not standard delivery.
Delivery
Our couriers have instructions that any BFB deliveries are not to be returned to the depot. In an ideal world someone would be available to receive the order on the delivery day, if not they will be left in the safest place possible.
Delivery is available Tuesday to Friday to UK mainland, if you are outside the ‘normal’ postcodes for delivery please do contact prior to ordering to check availability.
Returns
Returns & Refunds for Bob’s Family Butchers.
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to call the shop before 12pm on the day of sending.
If the order has already been shipped out for delivery, we are unable to cancel. We can only switch delivery days provided that the order has not been shipped and it is within the same agreed postage costs.
As all our goods are perishable, we are unable to accept returns for health & hygiene reasons.
Goods that have been damaged in transit must have photographic evidence to show this as we will need this for claims from the courier companies. We are unable process claims that are made 24 hours or more after the delivery.
